[After that, Sayo head outside as soon as he can. It doesn't take long before he arrives at the front door and see Dotanuki. And quickly went over towards him.]

Ossu. [He raises a hand in greeting, then pushes away from the door. Sayo seems pretty interested in going to see the donut shop, so Dotanuki will waste no time in taking him.]

[Sayo stops in front of him and looks up at Dotanuki. He nods in response to his question.]

Yes, I'm read to go.

[He turns and starts off, walking at his usual pace since he knows that Sayo will always catch up. Smaller legs didn't necessarily equate slower, not with tantou. For awhile, he's quiet, then as they exit the building and start toward the shop, he speaks up.]

[Sayo can easily catch up to Dotanuki's pacing. It didn't take him very long until he's right beside him, matching his pacing. At his question, Sayo's quiet for a brief moment.

On one hand, he wants to keep it as a surprise. On the other hand, Dotanuki probably wouldn't blab it out.]

[Sayo blinks when Dotanuki's hand is on his head, but he didn't do anything to push it away. Another day, another fellow sword patting him on the head, really. He gives a nod.]

[He moves his hand and sticks it into his pocket, the other still holding onto his vessel.]
